Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate on federal, international, and state tax matters related to the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provision calculations, including Section 163(j), uncertain tax positions, and deferred revenue.
2. Assist in analyzing and preparing tax accounts, including calculating and reviewing estimated payments and extension filings for federal and state jurisdictions.
3. Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Controls and monitor changes in tax laws and financial reporting guidance to assess their impact.
4. Support process optimization for the consolidated global income tax provision and other related functions.
5. Gather and review data for the U.S. Income Tax Return Form 1120, ensuring accurate tax filings and coordinating with external firms for preparation of U.S. and state income tax returns.
6. Respond to IRS and state audit information requests and routine tax notices.
7. Collaborate with finance team members and the broader business to provide guidance on income tax-related issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferred Master's in Accounting/Tax and CPA certification.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant tax experience, including international and domestic income tax planning, compliance, and provision (ASC 740)/SEC reporting, ideally in a Big 4 public accounting firm or a publicly held multinational company.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ONESOURCE tax software and Alteryx is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in a fast-paced team environment.
