Virtual Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our operational efficiency and contributing to our mission of driving excellence in business intermediary solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate scheduling, appointments, and calendar management for team members.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handle correspondence and communication, ensuring timely responses.
- Support project management by tracking progress and deadlines.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of more efficient practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related field are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Competitive Salary: $28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
