Overview

We are in search of an outstanding individual to join our executive team as the Senior Vice President of Client Relations.

This position is essential to our organization, as you will oversee the P&L and spearhead critical client initiatives for our premier clients.

As a trusted consultant, you will offer strategic direction, ensure exceptional client service, and provide insights to enhance program results.

Your proficiency in insurance claims, strong leadership skills, and exceptional client relationship management capabilities will be key in executing program transformations, ensuring superior service, and exceeding client expectations.

This role provides options for remote work and may require some travel.

Your Impact


Manage a diverse portfolio with a focus on enhancing client satisfaction, overseeing client program performance, driving organic growth, and achieving GB's financial objectives.

Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor to client executive teams, shaping program goals and strategies through a consultative and strategic approach.

Mentor and develop a team of up to twelve direct reports.

Work closely with senior claims leadership to optimize operational performance and deliver exceptional experiences and outcomes for clients and claimants across various programs.

Foster continuous improvement by implementing innovative ideas and solutions for our flagship clients.
Lead significant projects and initiatives to enhance capabilities and assist our clients in reaching their strategic and financial objectives.
Serve as an ambassador of the Gallagher Way, ensuring our trusted brand is upheld and maintained.

About You

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, or a related field
3-5 years of relevant experience in a business strategy or consulting leadership role
6-8 years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance in strategy, transformation, analytics, business, or leadership roles
Strategic thinker, adept at navigating complex project landscapes and driving significant improvements and efficiencies within large-scale operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to critically assess data or processes for optimal service delivery to clients.

Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, reporting, and synthesizing information into actionable insights.
Proven track record of managing large programs in matrixed organizations, collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.
Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint, capable of creating compelling presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas, analyses, and recommendations.
Experienced in effectively leading teams, driving performance, and achieving desired outcomes.
Strong focus on client satisfaction with a commitment to continuous enhancements for operational excellence.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and diverse working styles.
A commanding presence with clear and concise communication skills.
