The Financial Advisor Assistant plays a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative sales support to Financial Advisors. This position requires collaboration with the Advisor to ensure professionalism and support for business development, client referrals, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and articulating financial products and services.
  • Establishing new client accounts, handling account maintenance, and assisting with client inquiries.
  • Scheduling appointments and resolving client needs.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Supporting Advisor in marketing efforts.
  • Analyzing data for lead management.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1 year of financial markets knowledge.
  • Series 7 and 66 or equivalent preferred.
  • Life and health licenses desired.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Expert customer service and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
