The Senior Client Support Specialist will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, primarily through direct interactions. This position involves supporting branch operations and fulfilling rental requirements. The Specialist will acquire knowledge through comprehensive training and practical experience, enabling them to provide administrative assistance, serve customers effectively, and act as a rental backup in various locations.

Key Responsibilities

We are currently seeking candidates for immediate openings. The responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming inquiries regarding reservations, pricing, and general information, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Managing outbound calls for follow-ups and various assigned tasks.
  • Delivering high-quality customer service by understanding and addressing rental needs both in-person and via phone.
  • Welcoming customers warmly and providing timely assistance.
  • Offering directions and general support to clients.
  • Assessing the condition of vehicles upon return.
  • Processing vehicle returns and managing check-in and exit procedures.
  • Promoting the company’s services while ensuring safe and courteous transportation of customers.
  • Communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services effectively.
  • Potentially selling optional protection plans, upgrades, and other enhancements.
  • Reporting any vehicle issues or maintenance needs to management.
  • Cleaning vehicles as necessary, ensuring they meet company standards.
  • Executing various administrative and accounting tasks, including billing support, accounts receivable, and report generation.
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Two years of college experience or a minimum of two years in a customer service role is necessary.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship is essential.
  • A valid, unrestricted driver's license is mandatory for this position.
  • Availability to work the specified schedule is required.
