Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating new client accounts, managing account updates, and addressing client inquiries.
  • Coordinating appointments and resolving client issues.
  • Drafting correspondence, reports, and other administrative documentation.
  • Assisting Advisors in promotional initiatives.
  • Evaluating data for lead management purposes.
  • Ensuring adherence to broker-dealer regulations and protocols.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year of experience in financial markets.
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalent preferred.
  • Life and health insurance licenses are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
