Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial plans and budgets
  • Manage the financial analysis and reporting process, including the preparation of financial statements and forecasts
  • Provide financial guidance and support to our leadership team, including the development of financial models and forecasts
  • Manage the financial operations of our organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
  • Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts and accountants
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and laws

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in finance, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other financial software
