Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Post University is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team.
Job Summary:
The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will be responsible for providing financial support to the organization, including researching variances, preparing business analysis reports, and developing business flash and dashboard reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages and provide thorough analysis of actual results.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting covenants and work closely with the CFO on presentations for the Board of Trustees and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with accounting personnel to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Design and implement business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision making.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of related experience in financial planning and analysis.
- BS degree in Finance or related field, plus an MBA degree with a Financial background.
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to communicate complex financial information to senior management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to master data access in ERP systems.
