Primary Responsibilities:
  • Conduct meetings with new employees to collect required documentation and ensure adherence to company policies and legal standards.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure completion within a specified timeframe by actively tracking progress and maintaining communication with new hires.
  • Accurately input new hire information into our HRIS/UKG/Payroll system on a daily basis, ensuring compliance with payroll schedules.
  • Facilitate background checks and evaluate results to maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Provide exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders, assisting with daily HR operations and serving as a backup for other HR roles as necessary.

  • Perform employment verifications and undertake additional tasks as needed to support the HR team.
