Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Administrator to join our team at Charter Schools USA. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate operation of our HR/Payroll system (ADP Vantage) and related systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR systems, processes, and technologies, as well as excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, maintain, and update HRIS systems to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to evaluate system needs and design new or modify existing systems to meet changing business requirements.
  • Review and recommend solutions to improve system architecture and processes.
  • Provide troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and modifying back-end configurations.
  • Support the deployment and testing of configuration changes.
  • Manage projects such as complex enterprise application upgrades and configurations.
  • Perform general data migration and ETL functions as needed.
  • Conduct system audits and deliver accurate reports and data analysis.
  • Coordinate with relevant groups to ensure proper access controls, security settings, permissions, and data security are in place.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications a plus.
  • Experience in talent analytics, BI tools, and other technologies in the HR field.
  • Experience in designing, modifying, and creating business processes that will be used to implement technology solutions and roadmaps.
  • 2+ years of administrator or superuser role in ADP (Vantage) similar systems.
  • 1-2 years of administration of enrollment management systems and/or processes.
  • Strong understanding of general HR compliance needs.
  • Experience in database/application connectivity preferred.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be based in our office and will be required to travel occasionally within and outside of state.
