KPMG is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Business Development Organization as a Director. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in account management, sales, and client relationships to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account management strategies to capitalize on opportunities in the Consumer and Retail space.
  • Lead the development of go-to-market strategies to support business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives to identify business needs and opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Meet booking goals and key sales objectives, reporting progress to national and industry leadership.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, and client management in professional services.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building trust, confidence, and results-driven business relationships.
  • Experience developing and leading relationship-building activities with C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, initiating, and nurturing new or ongoing business opportunities.
  • Ability to travel regularly.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
