Job Title: Executive Assistant/Talent Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Talent Coordinator to join our team at Next Management. As a key member of our team, you will provide top-level administrative support to our executives and talent, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars for executives and top-tier talents, ensuring timely scheduling and coordination.
  • Provide administrative coordination, including email management, document preparation, and meeting organization.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, directors, and founders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Assist in preparing for meetings, including drafting documents, slides, and meeting notes.
  • Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of executives, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with modeling boards, content creators, and influencers.
  • Help organize and run influencer/talent campaigns, ensuring successful execution and growth.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including contact management and logistics.
  • Occasionally assist with personal assistant needs for highest-ups and top-tier talents.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in executive assisting and/or talent coordination at a talent agency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Calendar, Gmail, Outlook, Excel, Boomerang, and CRM systems.
  • Bonus in salary if able to redline contracts.
