Job Overview:

Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes businesses with warehouses, with a focus on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position that will focus on growing our new construction business. The main customers will be architects, developers, contractors, and other industry professionals. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow existing accounts and secure new customers.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, developers, and contractors.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:

Education and Experience:

A 4-year degree and a minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting are required. Our Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as a good mechanical aptitude. They must have knowledge of their territory and its customer base, be able to develop solid territory business plans, and be able to effectively cover their territories on a daily basis.
