About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Robinhood. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, identifying areas for improvement and communicating suggestions for enhancing our products and services.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our financial products and services, including equities trading, margin, and options trading.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses, with a strong understanding of financial markets and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
