As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the face of our hotel, setting the tone for our guests' entire stay. You will be the go-to person for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to guest inquiries
  • Checking guests in and out, and handling room assignments
  • Fulfilling guest requests, such as extra towels or late checkouts
