Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Leader to join our team as a Key Holder. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a strong sense of product knowledge, and assisting with store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide every customer with a great experience by maintaining a strong sense of product knowledge and providing in-depth information on product features and benefits.
  • Assist with and be knowledgeable in all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns/store credit, special orders, and dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, seasonal and fill-in merchandising, and displays.
  • Maintain an expert level of knowledge on RevZilla's product offerings by consistently seeking out training and sharing new trends and product knowledge with customers.

  • Creating memorable experiences for our customers starts with a team of passionate motorcycle enthusiasts who share the love of the thrill of the ride. This means you also ride, have a varied riding portfolio and will want to share your stories from the road, the track, or the dirt with our customers.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year + of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or an equivalent role at a retail store.
  • 2 years + of sales or customer service experience.
  • A self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience.
  • An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community.
  • Experience with computers and POS systems.
  • Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest.
