Compensation Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Strategist to join our Talent & Culture organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation design, analysis, and implementation, with a focus on sales compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of compensation strategies for the Business Development (Sales & Alliances) organization
• Collaborate with Business Development (Sales & Alliances) leaders to design and execute sales plans that meet business needs
• Analyze market compensation survey results and provide insights on competitive position, market trends, and compensation best practices
• Develop and maintain complex compensation models, including variable compensation plans and salary increase guidelines
• Work closely with Finance and Accounting to project variable compensation and determine accruals for formulaic plans
• Collaborate with HR Business Advisors and leaders to benchmark roles, advise on job description development, and assess competitive pay levels
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of recent, broad-based compensation experience, with a primary focus on sales compensation design
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in data visualization and written communication
• Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and produce high-quality work
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
