About the Role

Golin is seeking a highly skilled VP, Influencer to join our Digital team in Dallas. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with digital strategists, creatives, and analysts to identify opportunities, develop influencer strategies, and execute marketing campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with account leads and digital team members to deliver best-in-class social media and influencer strategies
  • Develop and execute cross-functional campaigns to align with client goals and objectives
  • Foster and maintain productive client relationships and provide counsel on digital best practices
  • Identify solutions and work with teams to drive client success and grow relationships
  • Execute brand-level influencer marketing strategies and communicate them with digital fluency
  • Serve as an expert in integrated public relations and digital/social programs
  • Cultivate a culture of support, growth, and partnership among team members
  • Represent Golin's capabilities in organic and new business opportunities
  • Take a leadership role in business growth and targeting efforts
  • Manage financials, including budgets, billing, projections, and staffing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field with 10-12 years of experience in digital/social media/influencer marketing
  • Passion for client service and ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities
  • Experience managing and leading account teams and working with large integrated teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives
  • Poise and calm under pressure, with a desire to immerse yourself in a client's business to become a true partner
  • Confidence in presenting to various-sized groups and situations
  • Solutions-oriented mindset

Salary range: $120,000 - $219,000

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend on, among other factors, a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as market considerations.
