Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales and membership team, you will be responsible for generating new leads, selling memberships, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, generate leads, and close new memberships.
  • Membership Sales: Effectively sell our membership programs to prospective members, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage the front desk, assist with administrative tasks, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing activities, promote our services, and help to increase brand awareness.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members of all ages.
  • Sales and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong sales and organizational skills, with the ability to generate leads and grow our membership base.
  • Team Player: Be a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively with our staff.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, with the ability to learn our point-of-sale systems.

Qualifications
