- Loss Prevention: Identify and report any potential loss prevention issues, working to minimize shrink and protect company assets.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with management and associates, providing updates on store operations and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Availability: Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Experience: 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
