Your Role:

As a Speech Language Pathologist at ACP, you will:

  • Implement ethical and effective speech therapy services tailored to individual needs.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop treatment plans for clients with diverse communication challenges.
  • Utilize innovative methods and evidence-based practices, including advanced communication systems.
  • Collaborate with families to ensure progress and encourage active participation in therapy.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members and document all aspects of patient care accurately.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures to protect client confidentiality and uphold professional standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or in pursuit of it
  • State Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience in autism and developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications
  • Familiarity with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is a plus
