We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Americare Therapy Services Inc. as a Home Health Rehabilitation Specialist. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physician-prescribed Physical therapy to improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of patients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Physicians, healthcare teams, and other individuals as needed regarding aspects of care and patient's status.
- Help develop and revise the plan of care as necessary.
- Communicate with Americare Therapy Services regarding issues related to Rehab services and indicated patient care.
- $75 - $100 per visit.
- Flexible schedules.
- Supportive Management team.
- Two (2) years of experience, preferred.
- Licensed by The State of New York as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduate from a physical therapist curriculum approved by one of the following: The Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or successor organizations of CAPTE.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
We have opportunities available in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island.
