Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and reassessments for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Work closely with caregivers to establish meaningful objectives and treatment strategies.
  • Design and evaluate data-driven behavioral intervention plans.
  • Supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) assigned to cases, incorporating behavioral skills training and performance feedback while maintaining clinical integrity.

Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet the physical demands of the role, which may include frequent sitting on the floor, standing up, and engaging in physical activities with children.

Bilingual Candidates: Spanish-speaking BCBAs are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule: Enjoy the flexibility to choose your working hours with options for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles.

Compensation: We offer highly competitive pay starting at $100+ per hour, based on experience.
