Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a skilled Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of improvement and create effective interventions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Monitor and document resident progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on communication and swallowing techniques.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy Program.
- Current New York State License.
- Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred.
