Swoon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work with a leading staffing company that handles the needs of over 80 Fortune 500 clients. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting door-to-door sales within designated territories to share our innovative solutions with the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct daily sales calls to pitch our products and services, aiming for at least one closing sale per day.
- Participate in regular team meetings via MS Teams to discuss sales strategies and best practices.
- Ramp up quickly, with a two-week training period to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
- Minimum 2 weeks of experience in face-to-face customer service or sales.
- Previous experience in outside sales or telecom industry is a plus.
- Competitive hourly rate: $29/hour.
- No overtime required; occasional weekend shifts may be necessary.
