Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting vaccine products to various customer segments.
About the Role
- This is a field-based remote position in the assigned territory.
- You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers to prioritize important accounts and lead strategic goals set forth by the commercial organization.
- Develop and implement plans to achieve CSL Seqirus brand goals and identify new opportunities with key accounts.
- Analyze accounts near-term and longer-term goals to promote sales and lead the implementation of company products and services in consideration of provider goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a multi-specialty group of important accounts within several customer segments.
- Contact potential customers and negotiate product formulary acceptance.
- Obtain contract commitments for CSL Seqirus products.
- Deliver flu portfolio product sales in important accounts including Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, and independent/corporate owned HCPs.
- Conduct routine collaborative meetings with your team to implement tactical plans set forth by sales and marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
- 1-2 years of Pharmaceutical / B2B / relevant healthcare/clinical educational experience.
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with customers with emphasis on scientific knowledge.
- Some overnight and meeting travel required.
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 depending on location and experience.
