We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills and expertise in floorcovering sales and operations. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting business strategies to increase sales and optimize profitability
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Building and maintaining knowledge of all products to ensure effective customer recommendations
  • Partnering with wholesale and retail customers to drive growth and market share
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree by the start of the development program
  • A valid, unrestricted Driver's License
  • The ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion
  • Prior experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position, preferably in a leadership role
