We are seeking an experienced Machine Shop Sales Professional to join our team at Productivity Inc.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for individuals with a strong background in machining and sales. As a Machine Shop Sales Professional, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and product information to customers, helping them increase tool performance, extend tool life, and improve their processes.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best cutting tool manufacturers in the marketplace today and provide our customers with the best and most up-to-date information.
Responsibilities- Call on new and existing accounts in the Des Moines and Central Iowa areas
- Assist customers by providing technical expertise and product information and offering solutions and recommendations
- Write and follow up on quotes and close sales
- Other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as required by the position
