Regional Business Development Director

City Wide Facility Solutions is a leading provider of facility management services with over 60 years of experience. As a Managing Partner, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and functional departments of our contracted facility services client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of sales, operations, finance, human resources, and other functional departments.
  • Implementation of business strategies to achieve annual sales growth, client retention, and staffing levels.
  • Maintenance and management of the company budget and forecast.
  • Analysis of financial reporting and maximization of shareholder return.
  • Definition and implementation of strategies to accelerate company growth, including building an effective sales team and strengthening operational excellence.
  • Establishment, implementation, and enforcement of policies promoting company culture and vision.
  • Leadership of employees to encourage maximum performance and engagement in achieving our mission and vision.
  • Enhancement of financial performance through analysis and interpretation of data and metrics for continued growth in new building and/or facility maintenance services.
  • Management of relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners (Independent Contractors).
  • Improvement of operational efficiencies to drive client satisfaction (NPS), improved retention, and renewals.
  • Leadership of a high-performance team – attraction, recruitment, and retention of workforce; making hiring/separation recommendations.
  • Establishment and monitoring of employee performance and development goals, assignment of accountabilities, setting objectives, and establishment of sales/operational priorities.
  • Assistance in the protection of the company by ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, policies, and safety regulations.
  • Periodic travel for training and national City Wide Facility Solutions convention.
