Opportunity Overview

ChargeTronix is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive our EV charger sales efforts in North America. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in business-to-business sales and experience leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, coach, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Reinforce a culture of leadership and team excellence: performance standards, succession planning, employee retention, cross-functional collaboration.
  • Develop commercial awareness of markets and partner with local communities, businesses, and site hosts to create opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to attend prospect/client meetings, lunches/dinners, trade shows, and other networking and business development activities.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication, and sales skills.
Estimated Salary Range

$180,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
