About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Capacity Planner Lead for Fraud Production to join our team at USAA. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing predictive models to forecast workforce capacity and drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex scenario modeling and gap analysis to identify workforce capacity needs and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business intelligence and develop data-driven recommendations to inform workforce planning decisions.
  • Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast workforce capacity and drive business decisions.
  • Provide expert analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Lead discussions with internal and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Analytical, STEM, or Economic field of study; OR 4 years work experience in statistics, mathematics, forecasting, planning or related experience.
  • 8 years of experience in workforce management, including the utilization of workforce management tools and data analysis tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence change vertically and horizontally across the Enterprise.
  • Expert level experience using diverse data applications/visualization tools such as SAS, Tableau, NICE WFM, Genesys Decisions or other capacity modeling tools.
