Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
  • Anticipate advisor needs and handle them proactively, serve as the second seat to the advisory team.
  • Analyze client situations, review, and update income and assets as related to their financial situation.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly/ad hoc client reporting for representative\u2019s meetings with clients.
  • Document client concerns, financial constraints, goals, and organize data.
  • Identify problem areas and summarize items for wealth advisor reviews.
Core Characteristics
  • Strong professional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy interacting with people face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Work collegially and productively with clients, peers, and other team members.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise creativity, be attentive to detail, and meet deadlines.
  • Base plus bonus starting at $85/90k+, plus bonus, 401k.
