The Real Estate Imaging Specialists are a skilled and adaptable team responsible for capturing media for our clients. Equipped with state-of-the-art Pro 3 Matterport technology, digital cameras, and iPads, our Imaging Specialists produce virtual tours, floor plans, and photography for residential properties.

Each Imaging Specialist is assigned a specific territory where they manage client services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Support marketing initiatives on our leading marketplaces by creating stunning 3-D virtual tours and layouts.


Develop a portfolio of images that showcase homes and apartments, employing photography techniques to highlight spaces in the most appealing manner.

Collaborate closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimize appointments and fulfill client requirements.

Communicate professionally with clients, sales teams, research partners, and management to strategically assess priorities, initiatives, and tasks.


Take ownership of the market area. When not engaged with residential properties, navigate designated grids to ensure comprehensive commercial real estate data coverage.

Adhere to CoStar safety protocols to protect company vehicles and equipment.

Represent CoStar with professionalism at all times.

Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as necessary.

Physical Requirements:
Frequent sitting in a vehicle, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours daily.

Must be able to lift, carry, and manage equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.

Repetitive hand and arm movements are required for operating camera equipment and typing on a tablet or laptop.

Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying are necessary to perform job functions.

Ability to work and drive outdoors in all weather conditions.

Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis.

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license.

Successful completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to employment.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with a focus on Real Estate Photography.

Experience as a professional photographer or a recently obtained degree in photography.

Strong time management skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication (both oral and written) and organizational abilities.

Proficient in Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications.

Enjoys working independently in a dynamic environment.

Field experience is preferred.

Compensation:
The Real Estate Imaging Specialist position offers an hourly wage plus eligibility for bonuses. Bonuses are awarded monthly based on performance metrics.
