About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Russell Stover Chocolates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the Everyday Candy and Club Confections categories at Walmart.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a trusted relationship with the Walmart buying team
  • Build and analyze consumption and revenue forecasts
  • Consult with demand planning on inventory management
  • Analyze sales data to identify strategies and sales opportunities
  • Create new business opportunities on Walmart's Everyday Candy & Club
  • Responsible for growing net sales growth with accurate forecasting and planning
  • Effectively manage Everyday trends and consumption
  • Develop and execute new item presentations to meet current and future objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a combination of sales, category, or replenishment
  • Prior direct account management experience
  • Strong communication skill set
  • Prior Walmart Sales Management/Analytic experience, preferably in seasonal goods with snack or confection categories
