Join our team and let’s continue making chocolate lovers happy  A day in the life…As the National Account Manager, you will possess a strong passion for sales and enjoy working in a fun impulsive category. You will be capable of leading the Everyday Candy and Club Confections categories at Walmart. As the Ideal candidate, you will be comfortable interfacing with buying teams in a fast-paced CPG environment. You have a strong analytical and communication skill set capable of planning, forecasting, and analyzing consumption trends. In this role, you will report to the Team Lead for Walmart and SAM’s Club.   What you will be doing… Develop a trusted relationship with the Walmart buying team. Building Consumption and Revenue forecasts. Consulting with Demand planning on Inventory management. Analyze sales data to identify strategies and sales opportunities. Create new business opportunities on Walmart’s Everyday Candy & Club. Responsible for growing net sales growth with accurate forecasting and planning. Effectively manage Everyday trends and consumption. Develop and execute new item presentations to meet current and future objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional experts in Marketing, Demand Planning, and Category. Account Responsibilities: Walmart and SAM’s Club.Do you have what it takes?  (Basic Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in a combination of sales, category, or replenishment Prior direct account management experience Strong communication skill set Passion for learning the confection categoryDo you stand above the rest?  (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior Walmart Sales Management/Analytic experience, preferably in seasonal goods with snack or confection categories. Demonstrates leadership and high ethical standards. Experience with promotional planning/deduction management.
Managing cross-functional projects with Marketing, Finance, and Demand Planning. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and computer skills. Account insights using sophisticated analysis. Effective story building and public speaking for internal/external presentations.
