Job Title: National Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled National Accounts Manager to join our team at Proximo Spirits. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our national accounts, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of our national accounts, including Walmart and Sam's Club, to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure Proximo Spirits remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of relevant sales and management experience in the consumer goods industry, with a focus on spirits and/or 3-tier distribution.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the spirits industry and its key players.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with sales reporting systems.
