Job Title: Senior National Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to lead our national account team at Walmart. As a Senior National Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining ownership of assigned group volume, profit, and share quotas, as well as spending budgets and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ownership of assigned group volume, profit, and share quotas, spending budgets, and results.
  • Develop productive business relationships and creative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Deliver sales results and achieve company goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA required.
  • Demonstrated account leadership success with the Walmart account.
  • Understanding and translating sales data, competitive data, and retail data to position brands favorably and enhance sales opportunities.
  • Knowledge of categories and channels in which sales operates.
  • 5+ years CPG sales and/or marketing experience.
  • 2+ years trade marketing, sales planning, or marketing experience preferred.
  • Excellent people management and relationship building skills.
  • Strategic planning and business management skills.
