Territory Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager to join our team at Royal Truck Body, a Shyft Group company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with truck dealers, distributors, and fleet customers in the Nashville market and surrounding states.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage all fleet accounts and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products
- Visit dealerships to verify inventory and provide sales support
- Participate in trade shows and other industry events to build relationships and promote our products
- Document sales quotes and follow up with production colleagues on order status
- Provide dealerships with marketing materials and sales tools
- Resolve customer complaints and warranty issues in a timely and professional manner
- Meet with end-users and large fleet accounts to spec out vehicles and bodies
- Research and gather information from aftermarket vendors to support sales efforts
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or 2-year degree in a business or technical field preferred
- Successful sales experience in an outside or inside sales capacity
- Knowledge of the automotive parts aftermarket
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Solid data entry skills and familiarity with MAS200 or similar systems
- Typing speed of 45 wpm or greater
- Exceptional customer service skills
