Core Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison for clients and their families, promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Design, execute, and assess programs to achieve sales, marketing, financial, quality, and service objectives.
- Identify and implement service enhancements to boost community involvement.
- Conduct client consultations, evaluations, and follow-ups to ensure care aligns with client requirements.
- Assist in identifying suitable services and associated costs for clients.
- Oversee client documentation, service records, and billing processes.
- Work with the Scheduler to align caregivers with clients based on qualifications, availability, and preferences.
- Regularly visit clients to evaluate care quality and supply necessary items.
- Review caregiver notes and family communications, addressing any issues or changes in client needs.
- Engage in client meetings and participate in on-call schedules.
- Provide coverage for caregivers as necessary during business hours or while on-call.
- Ensure compliance with all operational licensure and certification standards.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
Qualifications:
- A degree in a health-related discipline is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, social work, or in-home care services.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online applications.
- Strong interpersonal, people management, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain professional boundaries and exercise sound judgment.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance (vehicle stipend provided for work-related travel).
- Daily local travel to client residences and collaboration with field staff is required.
- Willingness to provide caregiving services, including personal care, homemaking, and dementia support, if necessary.
- Physical capability to perform tasks, including walking, standing, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs).
