- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a welcoming and high-energy environment for guests.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on cannabis products, regulations, and industry developments.
- Work collaboratively with the Retail Management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Age 21 or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a cannabis-related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of cannabis products, regulations, and industry trends.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
