Job Title: IT Service Desk Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Desk Team Lead to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Deskside Support team, defining, enhancing, and monitoring ITIL processes, and providing high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Deskside Support team
  • Define, enhance, and monitor ITIL processes
  • Provide high-quality customer service
  • Train and grow the technical team
  • Schedule support staff to ensure adequate coverage
  • Assign tasks for team members using ServiceNow
  • Provide oversight of tasks and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 5+ Years' Deskside Support Experience
  • 3+ Years' Team Leadership Experience
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • IT Service Management System Utilization
