IT Service Desk Lead/Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Desk Lead/Supervisor to join our team in Alexandria, Virginia. The successful candidate will lead the Deskside Support team and be responsible for defining, enhancing, and monitoring ITIL processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Deskside Support team and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Define, enhance, and monitor ITIL processes for deskside support.
  • Train and grow the technical team.
  • Schedule support staff to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Assign tasks for team members using ServiceNow.
  • Provide oversight of tasks and processes.
  • Communicate directly with staff, NTT Data, and client leadership teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • 5+ years' deskside support experience.
  • 3+ years' team leadership experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • IT Service Management System utilization.
