Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to assess their needs, showcase product offerings, and clarify available services.
- Conduct in-person meetings at various locations to provide equipment demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare and complete all necessary sales documentation, including sales proposals and finance agreements.
- Utilize company systems and tools to meticulously document and track all sales activities.
- Gain a thorough understanding of manufacturer programs and resources.
- Assist walk-in customers with their inquiries and needs.
- Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Tri-State Bobcat's equipment and competitive products to provide tailored solutions to customer needs.
- Maintain an active prospect list and ensure timely follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with customers and relevant departments to ensure prompt product delivery.
- Manage the logistics of equipment pickup and delivery as required.
- Facilitate field demonstrations and operate machinery at customer sites.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Personal attributes: Excellent customer service and communication skills, goal-oriented, strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Proficient in computer systems with a quick learning ability for new technologies.
