Job Title: Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at The Good Feet Store - Meltesen Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge and provide personalized solutions.
  • Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage with customers throughout the product fitting process, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Politely and professionally resolve guest issues, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.
  • Follow-up on all sales made to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Process customer returns and exchanges, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Make sales and set up appointments over the phone, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Achieve company sales productivity standards, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Able to promote new company programs and offerings, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Restock merchandise, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, some college preferred.
  • Experience with commission-based sales/retail experience preferred.
  • Experience with one-on-one sales presentations, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Weekends required, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Competitive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve sales goals and drive revenue.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
