Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at The Good Feet Store - Meltesen Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:- Address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge and provide personalized solutions.
- Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Engage with customers throughout the product fitting process, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Politely and professionally resolve guest issues, ensuring a positive outcome for the customer.
- Follow-up on all sales made to customers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Process customer returns and exchanges, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Make sales and set up appointments over the phone, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Achieve company sales productivity standards, driving sales growth and revenue.
- Able to promote new company programs and offerings, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Restock merchandise, maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, some college preferred.
- Experience with commission-based sales/retail experience preferred.
- Experience with one-on-one sales presentations, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Weekends required, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Competitive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve sales goals and drive revenue.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and climbing, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Competitive base salary + commission + bonus potential.
