Job Description

Bosch Building Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing a specific region, identifying key growth accounts, and developing strong relationships through the Pro AV channel.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a similar RSM or Key Account Management role in the Pro AV industry, with a proven track record of success and quota achievement. They will also possess in-depth vertical knowledge inside Education, Corporate, Hospitality, Sports, and Houses of Worship, as well as the ability to establish credibility quickly with key customers and the Integrated Audio Brands team.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing a specific region while identifying key growth accounts and customer engagement opportunities
  • Developing and building strong relationships through the Pro AV channel
  • Developing and driving project creation that enables, motivates, and incentivizes partners to lead with the Bosch IAB portfolio
  • Managing partner programs and relationships with sales, management, and procurement
  • Exceeding sales budgets and critical business objectives
  • Developing new partners and opportunities promoting a diverse product line
  • Proactively managing resellers and integrators both direct and indirect through distribution
  • Conducting demos, hosting regional marketing events, and attending national trade shows

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of how to manage partners buying direct and through distribution, as well as experience with software applications including Microsoft and Power BI. They will also be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results.
