The organization is seeking a skilled Security Analyst to join the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) team. The role involves collaborating with team members to enhance the Governance, Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a Common Control Framework (CCF).
  • Conduct Security Control assessments and engage with stakeholders to address identified gaps.
  • Perform Risk Assessments related to entries in the CyberSecurity Risk Register.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of information security principles and practices.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Information Security role.

Essential Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with SOC-2, ISO27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or similar standards and frameworks.
  • Experience in building dashboards using Tableau and/or Google Looker.

Essential Soft Skills:

  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (sheets, docs, drive, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Adept at quickly learning and tackling complex challenges.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the Technology sector or startup environment.
  • Experience with Information Security Audits and Assurance functions.
  • Familiarity with GRC tools like Archer, OneTrust, or ServiceNow.
