About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a highly respected legal team that provides innovative legal solutions to help make NVIDIA the world leader in high-performance computing.
As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for developing our AI Governance function and working closely with the entire legal team to provide legal support on a wide variety of issues.
Key Responsibilities- Developing compliance programs for AI, data governance, and privacy
- Consulting with business partners on emerging regulations covering artificial intelligence, algorithmic transparency, and privacy
- Tracking new legal developments in AI, data governance, and privacy
- Partnering with other members of the legal team on assorted AI and data governance-related matters
- Developing subject matter expertise for specific regulatory areas
- J.D. degree with a record of strong academic performance
- 5+ years of experience
- Subject matter expertise in artificial intelligence, intellectual property, privacy, or cybersecurity
- A license to practice law in California required
- Extraordinary communication and project management skills
