We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at The Good Feet Store Midwest. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in guiding customers to discover relief from foot, knee, and back pain through our premium Good Feet Arch Supports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of your personal sales metrics and goals, consistently hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Engage customers through a consultative sales approach, providing expert guidance on our products and services.
  • Process transactions and offer guidance on financing options to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Ensure timely and consistent follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Embrace self-development and seize growth opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets.

Working Hours:

Our sales team works 5 days a week, with flexible hours to accommodate your needs. We offer Saturday contests and lunch incentives to reward your hard work and dedication.

Physical Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis.
  • Ability to reach overhead into the back of shelving units to maintain inventory.
  • Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts.
