About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at HARIBO of America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the Convenience Store channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to our Senior Business Development Manager in the Convenience Stores retail channel
  • Work with assigned brokers, wholesalers, and regional retailers to develop business and drive sales growth
  • Assist with providing accurate and timely sales forecasts and analyzing sales data, including syndicated data such as IRI and/or Nielsen
  • Conduct regular business reviews and sales visits, both in-person and by video, to broker offices and regional or national convenience store chain retail headquarters
  • Attend tradeshows and industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices
  • Perform routine retail checks, visiting assigned Convenience store locations to ensure optimal product placement and display
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or analytical role within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or corporate retail industry
  • Experience with syndicated data such as IRI and/or Nielsen
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time with overnight stays
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient to advanced skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Prior experience in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry
  • Prior experience in the candy, confectionery, or snack industry
  • Demonstrated team player and proven ability to work well with others
