  • Provide exceptional customer service to company standard, ensuring a positive store experience for all customers.
  • Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on the sales floor, maintaining a visually distinctive and well-organized store environment.
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures, adhering to operational policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results, as well as individual contribution to business results.
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks effectively, communicating concerns to management as needed.
  • Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance, demonstrating a professional image and conduct.
  • Support all company/management decisions, adapting to the needs of the position and undertaking night shifts, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
  • Adhere to Policies and Procedures, observing sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and advising management of any unusual internal or external activity.
  • Execute Opening and Closing checklist duties as directed by store management, ensuring the store is always ready for business.

Requirements:

  • Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
